A Web Developer must have experience in the planning and the delivery of web applications across multiple platforms. A typical Web Developer job description should cover:

· Writing efficient code

· Creating a website using standard HTML/CSS practices

· Develop Optimization strategies that increase company’s search engine research rankings.

· Research SEO keywords to use through out the company’s website and marketing materials.

· Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.

· Monitor daily performance matrix to understand SEO strategy performance.

· Write compelling and high-quality web site content including blogs, posts & page descriptions.

· Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.

· Constant communication with other colleagues in the business to develop and deploy their contentand ensuring there is a clear establishment of what can be created... within what timeframe

· Researching different software programs, maintaining software documentation

· Implementing contingency plans in case the website goes down

· Maintaining and expanding/enhancing the website once built

· Integrating data from various back-end services and databases

· Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

· Stay plugged into latest technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

· Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's website.

· Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.

· Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.

· Update HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.

· Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

· Create appropriate website content aligned with the organization’s strategy.

· Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

· Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.

· Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.

· Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

· Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

· Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites

SKILLS REQUIRED

· Proven working experience in web programming.

· Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

· Experience with SEO industry programs such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

· knowledge of keywords research and data mining tools.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Top-notch programming skillsand in-depth knowledge of modern HTML, CSS, Java Script.

· Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET,Java Script.

· A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices

· To handle and analyse high volume data on daily basis.

· Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, network analytics tools

· Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process

· Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.

· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills

· There is Work from Home (HYBRID MODE ). We are located at Noida Electronic City, Sector-63

· Working hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 10.00 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Monday/Tuesday is the Weekly Off) .

· Salary will be Hourly Basis / Project based Work .

· Laptop is mandatory.
