The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that deliver results for our clients, as well as managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, as well as experience in client management and customer success.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients that align with their business goals and objectives.
• Manage client relationships, including regular communication, status updates, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and content, to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
• Analyze and interpret data from digital marketing campaigns to identify trends, insights, and... opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes, and continuously improve knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
• Communicate regularly with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on client management and customer success.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
