I am currently partnering with a Legal 500 firm in Birmingham who are looking to make a hire into their established Private Client team. On offer is a large team with plenty of good quality work and a comensurate remuneration package.

About The Role

As part of this well established team, it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a structured progression path.

In this role you will gain exposure to the following workflows;
• Manage a caseload of Private Client work including estate administration, wills, probate, inheritance tax, succession planning, LPA’s and Court of Protection
• Act for a broad mix of clients including medium and high net worth individuals
• Deal with complex private client matters and sensitive issues

About You

You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive familiar with the full ambit of private client work and a... demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation.

You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive and it is anticipated that you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in wills, trusts and probate matters but this does not preclude someone with more qualified experience from applying for the role. You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop and expand your career expertise as part of this highly respected private client team.
