Solicitor/CFILEX required for niche family law practice based in Dartford Area 1/2 mile from Crayford Station who undertake a mixture of Private law Matrimonial/ Children work and Care proceedings. Ideal Candidates will be experienced in both areas of work. This can either be a Flexi Time/Full Time position.

Office is traditional and 1-1 secretarial support is provided. Although office is in the process of installing up to date Case Management Software.

Responsibilities

for own Private Law cases (not legal aid) and Care Proceedings. A willingness to conduct own Advocacy an advantage but not essential. Most clients are seen in the office and so scope for remote working is limited. There is an existing private and publicly funded client base but the successful candidate will be incentivised to further develop this.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and communication skills.
