Once you are fully onboarded, you will take on the role of a Product Lead and manage the Non-Life Sales aspect of our complete product offering. Once you're here, you will
• Enhance the AdInsure software using your industry-specific knowledge
• Define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Plan and prioritize product development
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts regarding analysts' needs and align strategic goals
• Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain business value
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure that relevant teams clearly understand them
• Lead the product-release... plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities
• Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions
• Understand, integrate, analyze, and mine insurance business data to find new knowledge and patterns
• Keep up with industry trends and developments and carry out continuous market analysis

If you have some of the following skills and features, we will be happy to receive your application:
• 3+ years of experience working with insurance companies, legislators, or other crucial stakeholders in the insurance industry
• Deep understanding of at least one of the most important business processes in insurance, such as product development, sales, policy administration, or actuarial
• Strong desire and willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English knowledge

The following skills would be nice to have but are not formal requirements:
• Experience with the implementation lifecycle of insurance IT solutions
• Experience with the software development life cycle of insurance IT solutions
• Knowledge of the German language
