The International School of Moscow was established in April 2007 in response to the demands and expressions of interest from the international community of Moscow. Since December 2017 ISM became a part of the Nord Anglia Education family of schools.

About the role

Line manager: Director of Admissions and Marketing

Direct reports: Two Admissions Officers

Key expectations:
• Leading and coaching the Admissions Officers to consistently deliver a best-in-class admissions experience for new families;
• Supporting the DAM to develop a culture in which the school engages as one and works to ensure Admissions is a whole school responsibility;
• Leading and developing strategies to generate new enquiries;
• Working with DAM on enrolment forecast models;
• Ensuring KPI reports are accurately completed and submitted to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner;
• Ensuring accurate and timely data is kept in in school admissions programmes (1C, Salesforce, iSAMS etc) and that data is compliant with local regulations;
• Overseeing the admissions pipeline to ensure team is following best practice in managing unresponsive leads and are closing out Leads appropriately;
• Overseeing all parent communication to ensure responsiveness, quality and tone is consistent with high standards of ISM and Nord Anglia Education;
• Collaborating with Admin and Academic staff in order to achieve common goals;
• Leading by example as an ambassador for ISM with MAC colleagues, staff, students and parents and in all external capacities;
• Support the school DAM throughout the re-enrolment process to optimise the retention of existing students and families;
• Ensure effective co-operation with the Finance department throughout enrolment/WL enrolment process, re-enrolment process, payment chasing process;
• Ensure the school’s admissions processes adhere to policies and local market regulations;
• Support SLT with clear and consistent data for admissions decisions, as well as systematic data on enquiries, visits, admissions KPI, joiners, leavers and projections for the target cut-off dates.
