Nexus Family Healing is hiring a Youth Care Professional at our Andover Group Home $18.00/hour

Schedule: Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 5pm to 9pm every other weekend and two 5pm to 9pm shifts during the week...

As a Youth Care Professional, you will support and reinforce the therapeutic plan of clients by providing guidance and direction to residents in their daily living activities. Provide mentorship and supervision of resident daily activities and behavior according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Provide mentorship and supervision of residents according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Participate with co-workers as a team to ensure youth receive quality services.
• Ensure resident safety and collaborate with co-workers to maintain an environment that is positive, respectful, clean and therapeutic.
• Conduct 30 minute well-being checks on youth.
• Assume staff-in-charge duties when assigned
• Perform other responsibilities, tasks and projects as needed, including but not limited to cleaning, laundry, documentation etc.

This is a part-time evening position working approximately 15 hours during the week and then 9am to 9pm every other weekend.

Job Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid Minnesota Drivers License
