Practice Nurse, Mataura Medical Centre

About the role
Due to changes in our workforce, we are on the lookout for someone special to join our team at Mataura Medical Centre.
We are looking for a registered nurse, with experience working in primary care, though we will provide full support and training if you are coming from another area of the health sector.
This role is a minimum of .5fte, days and hours to be negotiated.
There is no requirement for weekend or after-hours work, though from time to time we do deliver large scale clinics to our patients in weekends for things such as flu vaccine.
As a practice nurse you will deliver a suite of comprehensive primary care nursing services to our enrolled patients.

About You

• Are a Registered Nurse with the New Zealand Nurses Council and have a current APC.
• You must be in New Zealand; we are not considering candidates outside of New Zealand.
• Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Have empathy, strong interpersonal skills and passion for brilliant clinical care
