Duties & ResponsibilitiesTake full responsibility and accountability for the region in all aspects including but not limited to:
• Regional Team management, support, development and leadership
• Maintaining a high-quality standard in all deliverables in line with specific SLA’s and Company`s regional strategy, goals in support of the Divisional goals and strategy.
• Responsible to manage client relations, perform site visits, etc
• Build and cultivate the Company` s culture in line with Tsebo Group Values
• Ensure sites are managed according to budgeted costings and growth targets
• Ensure the region operates within the budgetary guidelines with reference to labour, capital asset depreciation and maintenance and any other expenses
• Ensure that all Occupational Health and Safety requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements
• To constantly be aware of current trends and innovation in the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented in the business.

QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification Experience in the Catering, workplace, facilities, operations management and or related services industry. 5 - 7 years at management level with demonstrated experience in operations management
