Job Responsibilities: Lead the coordination of the AS9100 certification process Develop and implementing quality standards for analysing and monitoring effectiveness Collaborate with functional managers for acceptance of Flight Hardware Continuous improvement to Quality Management System and document file organization Working with functional leads on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) inputs and updating KPI Dashboard Conduct internal audits Identify mandatory and key inspection points for manufacturing and assembly of spaceflight hardware and ground support equipment Inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met Serve as a member of the Material Review Board and assure appropriate disposition, cause and corrective action on non-conformance reports and disposition records as well as maintaining follow-up on open reject tags and non-conformance reports until they are satisfactorily closedRequirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 3... to 5 years' experience in a Quality Control ISO 9001 and AS9100 working environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience in CMM operation and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Experience with Spacecraft or Aircraft Avionic control systems Experience in document control within an ERP system
