The Head of QA/QC will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of quality assurance and quality control are implemented and adhered to on the railway project site. They will be responsible for developing and implementing the project quality plan, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, and leading the QA/QC team to achieve project objectives.

•Develop and implement the project quality plan, including quality control procedures, inspection and testing plans, and quality... assurance processes.

•Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements and maintain necessary permits and certifications.

•Manage the QA/QC team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

•Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

•Develop and maintain quality metrics and provide regular reports to the project manager and stakeholders.

•Participate in project planning and risk management activities and provide QA/QC input to project design and construction.

•Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that quality objectives are met.

•Lead investigations and root cause analysis of quality issues and develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.

•Manage non-conformance and deviation processes and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.

•Ensure that documentation and records are maintained in accordance with project requirements.

•Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
• Should have experiences in Railway Construction.
