About the job:

We are looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our client on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new grad who has completed their Master's degree in Ergonomics, Interaction Design, or a related field from Polytechnique, Université Laval, or a program from Toronto, and has completed an internship.

Reporting to the team of 9 designers, the Junior UX Designer will work on a refactoring project, which is a very UX-focused initiative. You will be responsible for producing all... deliverables related to the user experience necessary for the advancement of projects in Agile mode. You will also present your work to executives and stakeholders, and produce interfaces focused on the efficiency of our agents and based on the principles of accessibility.

About the requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
• Just completed their Master's degree in Ergonomics, Interaction Design, or a related field, and has completed an internship.
• Someone very curious, that asks lots of questions, and has a good personality.
• Strong knowledge and experience in user-centered, data-driven design.
• Experience in creating system or enterprise interfaces.
• Mastery of Axure tool.
• Ability to understand a complex business domain.
• Experience with UX research tools, an asset (usertesting.com, Optimal Workshop, etc.).
