Cycling New Zealand is the National Sports Organisation for all cycling codes in New Zealand in the interests of; Road & Track, Mountain Bike, BMX, and Schools Cycling. The Opportunity:

Reporting to the CEO, this role is to promote the CNZ purpose, vision and values by sharing the stories of cycling and to promote the national brands of each cycling code.
Key Functions of the role:

In collaboration with the CEO, Social Media & Content Coordinator and external Media contractor, this role will:

Design, implement and measure the success and consistency of all marketing activity to enhance the CNZ brand.
Oversea the editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all CNZ publications.
Review and monitor the brand guidelines.
Provide marketing plans and execution of such for the promotion of key events, competitions and... initiatives.
Provide council to the Member Organisations on marketing.
Oversee social media and external media plans and delivery.
Short and long term plans and budget creation and management.

You are self managed with high initiative and an ability to tolerate stress, stay level headed and can maintain confidentiality and diplomacy.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

Qualifications in marketing or 5+ years experience in a related role
Experience in a National Sports Organisation is desirable
Experience working with media and public communications
Experience managing social media and digital platforms in a business context
Strong writing, editing, proof reading, layout and design, professional printing / publishing skills
Strong leadership and influencing skills
Wide degree of creativity and latitude
This is a part time role up to 24 hours per week - we can offer some flexibility around the make up of these hours for the right candidate however it will be Cambridge office based.
