The Role:

As Restaurant and Events Manager, your role will include:
• Managerial shifts including opens, closing and running restaurant services
• Work c;losely with the venue general manager in the planning and co-ordiantion of all events and provide detailed operational briefs for the manager on duty running any event or large party
• For events you will brief and organise the team on their role/tasks at the beginning of each shift/event.
• Organise and help set, reset and close down the events
• Provide efficient, professional and friendly customer service across all events.
• To run the operations for events and services including weddings and celebrations
• This is a duel role which requires some events planning shifts and some operational shifts which can change from time to time

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Have excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Be able to take direction but also work well independently and with minimal supervision from management.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure calmly and methodically.
• Prior experience in events, corporate events and weddings in a similar environment
