• Develop and maintain recruitment tools and standardized processes which support an effective recruiting and selection process, including sourcing strategies, applicant tracking system, interview guides, and evaluation tools
• Establish policy and processes to meet key business hiring objectives.
• Research into competitors and market to create and update recruitment plan
• Monitor and update the current processes of recruitment and procedures as per the business needs
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
• Stay up-to-date on labor legislation changes in regulations
• Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with the updates and analysis of requirement.
• Build the company’s professional network through relationships
• Ensure compliance with company and industry policies and procedures.
• Responsibility for analyzing data to identify gaps and trends.
• Optimize recruitment and selection processes, policies and tools to improve efficiency

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field
• 10 – 20 years of experience in Recruitment consulting and Development
• Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well-organized and well verse with recruitment tools
• Ability to make reasonable decisions
• Excellent with prioritization and time-management
• Knowledgeable of employer branding technique
