Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
Administer line of business applications to end users to include security administration, training, issue resolution and all necessary interactions with internal and external IT support providers.
Perform systems related project support to include prioritization, planning, documentation, and implementation.
Perform testing of all new functionality and new software releases prior to installation into the production environment, to include maintenance of all necessary documentation.
Maintain all existing SSRS reports and participate in report design, development and information delivery to teammates and external parties as required.
Maintain all existing Python jobs and participate in design, development, and deployment of new scripts.
Collaborate with teammates to develop information management solutions with a focus on process improvement, risk management and efficiency gains in a commercial mortgage banking environment.
Assist Business Systems Manager in development of Business Systems Analysts.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent education and training.
5 years’ work related experience
Demonstrated advanced technical and computer applications skills, including proficiency in working with relational databases.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Ability to collaborate or work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Mortgage banking experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing high-profile projects.
