Job description:
• Planning crew routes based on the schedule and duty rules;
• Providing long term forecasts for the crew demand;
• Optimizing the crew roster to ensure highest crew productivity;
• Developing, implementing and maintaining internal crew planning procedures in order to comply with company requirements and to improve efficiency;
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations (duty and flight time limitations, Fatigue Risk Management);
• Guiding and training rostering staff members in order to continuously improve staff competency and professional skills.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good oral and written presentations skills;
• Team work, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian and English (other EU language would be an advantage);
• Computer literacy;
• Knowledge of EASA FTL Requirements is a must;
• Knowledge of RAIDO Crew and Ops system... would be an advantage.
