• Supporting interview process, logistics, as well as all-rounded administrative duties
• Preparing with talent profiles and hiring related materials or documents
• Posting job advertisements and sorting candidates for the required departments and needs
• Working closely with external recruiting parties such as recruiters as well as outsourcing representatives
• Ad hoc support according to needs of the teams
Profile
• University degree in Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business or other... relevant disciplines
• Decent language skills including Cantonese, English and Mandarin with a great communication manner
• Great team-player and fast-pacing candidate with a detailed mind
• Responsible and have basic skills in computer operation
