FourMarketing was founded over 20 years ago and consists of a number of businesses, with the mainstay of its work in wholesale sales, agency representation and distribution.

We are currently recruiting for a Property & Facilities Manager to join the group Property department in our Market Road, London Head Office on a permanent, full-time basis.

The successful Property & Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing Facilities & Maintenance of the UK & international retail stores and UK Head Office. This will include responsibilities for companywide Health & Safety, and focus on using best business practices to improve efficiency while increasing productivity.

As a Property & Facilities Manager you will also hold responsibility for developing the schedule and plan for property and maintenance, and the execution of this across the portfolio.

As a... Property & Facilities Manager, you will:
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, specifically with a focus on Facilities Management and Maintenance (Reactive and PPM) within luxury fashion and/or wholesale retail (desirable)
• Possess NEBOSH/OSHA qualification
• Have Health & Safety awareness and understanding
• Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software including intermediate Excel skills
• Be familiar with corporate finance processes and procedures
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels within and outside of the organisation
• Be highly organised, punctual and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
