Dealership financial manager - Vredenburg - West Coast

A well-established automotive group is looking for a dealership financial manager based in Vredenburg.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Manage centralised admin team for debtors, creditors, cashbooks, vehicle invoicingReview perpetual stock counts weekly and oversee quarterly stock countsLiaise with departmental managers for enquiriesWeekly debtors meetingsFollowing up on all outstanding debtorsDaily cash account controlsMonitoring of ageing of work in progressPreparing and reviewing daily/monthly cash flowsReview all EFT and creditor paymentsPrepare and review management accountsReview allocations of bank statement and cash accounts – i.e. bank reconciliationReconcile MIBCO paymentsPost all payroll journalsReview reconciliation of payroll paymentsPrepare detailed annual budgets, monthly review of actual vs budgetPrepare daily DOCReview insurance administration process for claims onlyBalance sheet... reconciliationsMonthly review of intercompany loans and debtor/creditor accountsWeekly Petty cash CheckPrepare month end journalsAudit preparation and management of audit requirements & samplesMinimum requirements:
