• Degree in Building Services or E&M discipline
• Membership of relevant professional institutions is required
• Minimum 15 years' E&M Design and Construction Management working experience especially in HVAC / Electrical Installation
• Sound experience in Grade A office and large scale residential development & on-site co-ordination and quality checking
• Assist E&M Manager to check and vet the E&M design & construction proposals and drawings; to carry out site co-ordination & quality inspection work on those E&M Installation; to render E&M solution and technical support to Project Manager and the construction team
• Knowledge of BIM is preferred
• Proficiency in MS office and AutoCAD
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently
