We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, articulate and organised individual to join our team. This will be the first-time recruiting in four years. We are a charming four-star hotel in the heart of the New Forest in Brockenhurst and we are looking for an excellent Operations Manager to join our friendly Management team. We always seek to achieve the highest standards of customer care and locally we have an excellent reputation through food, hospitality, weddings, functions, Events, Conferences and more.

Our Requirements-
• To be a proactive-manager and be able to lead from the front, with direction, enthusiasm and professionalism.
• This role is perfect for someone hungry to eventually reach a deputy GM role
• You will be at the forefront sitting above all HODs and deputising for the GM in their absence
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position within a four or five-star hotel or equivalent background.
• Have a strong commercial knowledge in hotel operations and... be very focused and goal driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication & presentation skills in English.
• Be confident in all departments of hotels.
• Passionate about delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for product & staff development and team motivation.
• A hands-on approach to work alongside your team during busy periods in all food & beverage outlets.
• Back office experience including financial reporting and day to day admin.
• Above all else the Operations Manager must be a highly visible leader, working closely with the team and spending quality time with the guests.
