Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance manager for this lovely hotel. The hotel is a listed building and as such it requires continual care and attention to look its best. As Maintenance Manager you will support all aspects of maintenance within this historic hotel. Overseeing a team of two the function of the Maintenance Manager is to provide maintenance and administrative support to the hotel General Manager and co-ordinate all actions related to the Environment and Health & Safety. The role involves hands on work as well as administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the maintenance department.

A boutique hotel town house hotel with 98 bedrooms. The hotel is set in the heart of Bath. It has a busy restaurant and lounge bar as well as ample conference space.

The Person

The ideal Maintenance Manager will have experience of the following:
• Generalist all round maintenance experience
• Good organisational skills
• Great verbal communication
• Health & Safety knowledge
• previous hotel experience an advantage
