Dfisc is an accounting and consulting firm where employees and customers are central. We are known in Bruges (Belgium) and throughout Flanders as an office which provides high-quality customised services. Our expertise lies in accounting, tax, and consulting within four different business sectors (liberal professions, freelance consultants, construction industry, non-profit organisations).

A few years ago, we founded Dion in Belgrade. This company aims to provide a solution for finding additional support and expertise in the form of Serbian accountants.

Dfisc consists of a team of warm and welcoming people who value team play highly. Therefore our Belgian colleague’s regularly visit our foreign co-workers (and vice versa) to offer them the necessary input and support on Belgian tax law.

Creating a company in Serbia helped Dfisc grow, what we still do. Nowadays, Dion is a company that works in Serbia a few years, but as a western company, with western values. Position Summary

We are looking for a Junior to join our Accounting team. You will be working with and alongside talented and passionate people from Serbia and Belgium. This with support of a Senior staff member, who will be you’re mentor. If you are highly accountable, flexible individual who works hard, can nurture productive working relationships, and operate with a considerable degree of autonomy, we are the perfect match.

As a junior account you will be involved in:

· Day-to-day finance and accounts operations - work with primary accounting documents and cash operations flows in financial activities of clients in accordance with the legislation of Belgium and according to the client needs

· Helping in preparation of regular tax and other statutory reports of the clients

· Preparing monthly and quarterly reports

About You

· You have bachelor's degree in accountancy, economics or similar

· You are fluent in English, both written and verbal

· You are a responsible and independent professional

· You are attentive to details

· Team player is what describes you

· There is need to have an international mindset.
