DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities
• Meet clients and build strong relationships
• Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients
• Review and communicate proposals to clients and to PMGI management
• Stay up to date on company products, pricing, promotions and best practices
• Develop marketing materials and prepare presentations
• Follow up new business opportunities and setting meetings
• Communicate PMGI’s services to prospective clients by promoting the advantages of all products and services
• Develop and sustain a client database and utilize it to manage client contacts and mailing lists
• Collaborate with operations team members to improve overall client experience and satisfaction
• Coordinate with HR for any updates in wage rates
• Monitor contracts and supplier registration requirements and renewals to key clients and projects
• Respond to client’s queries and complaints with regards to company’s products and... services in a timely manner
• Provide feedback to management

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Revenue
• Achieve at least 10% revenue increase from Grounds, Landscape and Housekeeping projects
• Generate leads through marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and visibility
• Apply for and complete accreditation from property developers
• Client Satisfaction and Retention
• Coordinate with Operations in responding to client requirements/issues/concerns/complaints) to increase client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Operations team to achieve 100% contract renewal

EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Educational Requirement
• Must be at least a College graduate and able to communicate in English.
• Must have at least one (1) year relevant experience in marketing/sales.
• Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision.
• Special Skills Requirement
• Must be computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay
