JOB DESCRIPTION• Conceptualizing and executing events• Compilation and preparation of Budget Request Forms and Liquidation• Design layouts for flyers, brochures and other marketing collaterals• Prepares quarterly of Marketing Expenses and Inventory of Giveaways and Supplies• Handling company supplies for Sales and Technical Group (consolidation of requests, distribution and Inventory)QUALIFICATIONS• Graduate of BS Marketing or any related courses• Excellent writing, copy writing and editing skills• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Adobe Photoshop• Basic knowledge on Corel Photo paint• Good communication skills• Well organized and has the ability to Multi task• Has knowledge on event organizing• Pro active and with initiative• Can work well in a team• Courteous and sociable in dealing with clients and partners
