If you have knowledge across the various support networks within telco operations, are driven by performance and have outstanding abilities to deliver improvement initiatives including revenue leakage we can provide you an opportunity to make a real difference in our service delivery.

The Telecommunications Operations Support Analyst is a key role within the field support group with a primary focus on improving service delivery, efficiency and reduce revenue leakage by;
• Managing and implementing a program of streamlined end to end operational support processes
• Providing statement of work knowledge to ensure compliance of code application and associated improvement initiatives (field and support teams)
• Measuring compliance via audits and driving associated outcomes

Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills
• Technical skills, experience and qualifications, as required
• Knowledge of Chorus & Vodafone Statement of Works
• Knowledge & experience of the Chorus quality auditing framework
• Previous experience working with Continuous Improvement frameworks (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma etc)
