The Application test and support analyst is a tactical role providing day to day Level 3 business support for our CRM, Channel, and ERP applications. This support is focused on Front End transactional processes for both internal and external customers/partners. Additionally, this role will support ongoing innovation and software development projects as a business process expert and tester. A successful candidate will have experience with complex enterprise level applications in multi-platform integrated environments.

Responsibilities:
1. Analysis of business processes and tools
• Reviews and monitors transactions and processes
• Evaluates and proactively corrects anomalies
• Assesses current processes and recommends improvements

2. Manages escalated User issues
• Works with operational and technical resources to solve complex tool issues
• Manages daily ticket resolution
• Creates and distributes technical processes and operational work arounds

3. Manages application testing
•... Participates in application testing
• Creates Master data and transactional data to support cross functional testing

4. Manages data quality
• Evaluates data quality and impact on application performance
• Reviews and corrects data to improve user experience
• Reviews and audits data feeds and system updates

Education and Experience Required:
First Level University degree. 5+ years in system analysis or project management roles.

Knowledge and Skills:
• Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to system support and testing
• Speaks with expertise to many layers of software development processes and application support
• Ability to assess, correct, and communicate issue root cause, mitigation, and corrective actions
• SDLC and/or ITIL experience
• CSM/ITSM experience in ServiceNow or similar tool set
• Experience with Test execution and documentation
