You will also be expected to communicate directly with our clients, police, and on-site security guards, about what is happening on a property through phone calls and incident reports.
Your in-office attendance is very important to this position.
Roles & Responsibilities Operate security cameras with the assistance of AI technology Clearly communicate with clients, on-site security, and police Provide descriptive and aggressive audio messages to remove trespassers Write incident reports for clients Qualifications & Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to operate a PC Ability to work in a high-paced environment Prior security experience is a plus Prior customer service experience is a plus Ability to work holidays Ability to pass a criminal background check Location In office only in Downtown Salt Lake City.
