• Minimum 5 years experience in a related field, with 3 years as a brand manager in a Retail Company.
• Excellent in English Oral and Written.
• Preference from fashion retail company background.
• Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills which would help the candidate deliver on growth prospects working closely with stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Prior experience in P&L management, Merchandising, Planning, and brand management.
• strong understanding of Ms. Office, ERP tools, and systems.
• Have a good handle on consumer and market insight, including the ability to analyze market data.
• Business & Brand strategy.
•... Define and own the overall Business strategy for the fashion omnichannel business – to achieve the planned growth aspirations across channels.
• Cascade the Business strategy into specific functional strategies across Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Store, e-commerce, marketplace, and Product Tech among others.
• Ensure that desired Brand positioning is reinforced by aligning identity with marketing communication, product strategy, store properties, etc.
• Ensure appropriate controls are in place for buying, inventory, working capital utilization, and New Stores Capital Expenditure.
• Own end-to-end P&L responsibility for a fashion brand– including Topline, Gross margin, Marketing, and other overhead costs across all channels
• Analyze market data and sales trends to set up an annual budget for revenue, expenditures, and profitability.
• Set up sales targets, and periodic sales forecasts and must ensure the outcome of the expected sale is achieved.
• Construct monthly sales report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities updates, and competitive landscape for submission to principal.
• Manage, control, and implement optimum merchandising by brand guidelines.
• Explore, prospect, and manage consumer data, encouraging engagement programs to maintain long-run goals.
