Responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or administrating contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, and/or partners.

Works with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts.

Analyzes contracts to ensure compliance with company policy... government specifications, and other requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with sales manager to provide commercial model and negotiate with client for commercial conditions.
2. Review and prepare commercial terms and conditions for sales contract and procurement contract.
3. Cooperate with sales, solutions, services team and sales admins for bid preparation.
4. Prepare and review terms and template of bank guarantee, compliance checklist and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

At least, Bachelor’s degree in Business Laws, International Business, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration

•Minimum 5 years experiences in commercial role, international trading, business development in MNC

•Experience in contract draft and review both Thai and English

•Legal knowledge is preferable

•Exposure to finance and treasury operations

•Previous experience in IT industry is preferred but not essential

•Good negotiation and communication skill

•Fluent in English
