We are looking for an R&D Manager for our business partner operating in the food industry.

Will be responsible from establishment of the R&D department.

Researching alternative raw material sources for formulations, making alternative raw material trials and sharing the results.

Managing research and development of all products and packaging.

Follow up the raw material specifications up-to-date and making necessary revisions.

To carry out benchmark studies together with the production department by supplying samples from competitor products at certain periods, and to report the results to the senior management.

Working closely with production/quality departments.

Reducing customer complaints, producing and obtaining solutions together with the quality control department.

Working in line with the policies and targets determined by the senior management.

To follow the laws, regulations, regulations and standards related to food.

To examine and control the productions made... during the day when necessary.

Ensuring that the system files are prepared and that the audits and inspections are passed completely.

Follow up Occupational Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management Systems, Personal Data Protection Laws.

qualifications

Graduated from Chemistry or Food Engineering departments of engineering faculties of universities,

Conducted R&D studies in the Food and/or Meat sector,

At least 8 years of experience in product development,

Very good English skills,

New product development experience and knowledge,

Proactive and have analytical mindset,

Team leadership experience, with proven ability to build effective teams and develop people,

Strategic thinking, proactive, dynamic and action oriented spirit
