What you ́ll do at BTS

About the role:
• Conceptualize, develop and deliver customized experiential learning solutions, particularly in the subject of Leadership Development to match specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients
• Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our international consulting team by designing and delivering people transformation projects
• Grow local/regional revenues for the Leadership and Coach Practice in Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients
• Be the Subject-Matter-Expert to support BTS account managers in growing their existing accounts by cross-selling Leadership and Management solutions
• Master the existing Leadership and Management portfolio of solutions and facilitate training workshops
• Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
• This person will be located in Singapore and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.What we offer:

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience with an excellent track record in developing and delivering talent solutions, particularly in the field of Leadership Development
• Experience in selling consulting services or leadership training with a demonstrated track record of achievement in a variety of industries
• Certification or prior experience in psychometric assessments and its application in leadership development will be an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
• Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
• A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
• Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in spoken and written English (Ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages will be a plus)
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in Asia
