We are representing our client (A Software Engineering Firm) to look for a Digital Consultant to complement their existing team. Experienced candidates will be assigned senior roles if found suitable

This role will be part of the Digital Transformational Office. He/she will report to Digital Lead and will be responsible for enabling businesses in the region to scale their payroll and Human Capital Management functions

Responsibilities
• Scanning, identification and evaluation of digital solutions
• Engage clients and internal teams to identify gaps and understand requirements and business priorities
• Address critical business needs through the design of processes, creation of used cases, identification and execution of proposed solutions
• Support the team through the full sales process of solution engineering, such as sales material development, solution presentation, customisation of solution demonstration, customer workshops, creation of proof of concept and proposal... development
• Work with the sales team on demand generation, marketing activities, responses to RFI/ RFP
• Continually explore, learn and keep up to date across capabilities, solutions and technologies. Challenge the status quo

Qualifications
• Experienced in Payroll or Human Capital Management
• Experienced in Cloud technologies / automation technologies / SaaS / PaaS
• Experienced in Pre-sales
• Experienced in Shared-services and outsourcing industry
• Possess excellent communication skills to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to clients and work with different levels of stakeholders
• Ability to identify requirements and develop use cases based on client's business priorities
