Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help us build our next-generation omnichannel contact center platform. Our Omnichannel Contact Center Platform helps businesses deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including voice, email, chat, and social media. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the platform's web applications, APIs, and databases.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain the platform's web applications, APIs, and databases

● Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

● Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality

● Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure that the platform meets customer

needs and is user-friendly

● Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

● Mentor and provide guidance to junior... developers

Requirements:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

● 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

● Strong experience in front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js

● Strong experience in back-end development using Node.js, PHP or Golang

● Strong experience in database design and development using SQL or NoSQL databases

● Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms

● Experience with Agile software development methodologies

● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in SaaS software development

● Experience in DevOps and infrastructure automation

● Experience with gRPC and/or Kafka

● Familiarity with OOP Design Patterns and SOLID

● Experience in technologies related to Microservice

● Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

● Familiarity with TypeScript and/or ES6+
