On behalf of our client, a well-established boutique firm that specializes in Tax planning and advisory, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Handles accounting and bookkeeping requirements
• Records of accounting transactions
• Maintains complete, accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Prepares VAT reports, Social Insurances, Income Taxes etc.
• Updates financial data, document and files accounting transactions in an organized manner
• Communicates indirectly with customers
• Contributes to a strong client relationship through positive interactions with client personnel
• Performs any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements
• University degree with background in accounting, with sound academic record
• Studying towards LCCI or ACCA/ACA qualification
• Analytical mind and the ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under... pressure
• Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
• Can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptation
• High sense of integrity and professional ethics
• Excellent written communication skills in both Greek and English language
• Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian language is considered as an advantage
• IT literate
