On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for an Accounting Officer to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
• Prepares the monthly accounting records of the Group entities ensuring their accuracy and completeness
• Ensures that the accounting entries adhere to International Accounting Standards
• Ensures all the required electronic files are maintained
• Prepares and complete the relevant template for the monthly payments made for bank account reconciliation purposes.
• Reconciliates Debtors / Creditors
• Responsible for the the petty cash analysis and maintainance
• Makes payments through the online banking
• Takes on any other relevant duties and assignments as directed by the Head of Accounting and Finance

Job Requirements
• University Degree in Accounting and Finance.
• Good interpretation and understanding of financial data.
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficiency... in English (both written and oral)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Attention to details and ability to work under pressure-daily/weekly/monthly deadlines
• Strong time management and organisational skills
