Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for the strategic development, integrity, and delivery of marketing plans.

Strategize with VP of Marketing to lead the marketing plans through to completion

Assure approval process for all levels of product life cycle

Building relationships with leaders to help better understand the brand

Provide Sales division with promotional materials

Identify opportunities for further revenue growth strategies

Manage and coach marketing representative

Create culture and foster a positive workplace

Drive product campaigns

Qualifications:

3 years experience as a Marketing Manager or Product manager within... the Hardware or Tool indsutry

Experience collaborating with sales team

Proven success in Marketing to run end to end campaigns

Current knowledge of digital marketing

Able to articulate message during presentations to executives

Able to provide data driven metrics on projects
