Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Director, you will lead our digital marketing efforts and develop and implement effective strategies to drive... traffic, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to increase sales conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Use data analysis to identify and anticipate customer needs and preferences, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Implement technology-based sales techniques such as online customer service, marketing automation, and intelligent recommendations to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide prompt and effective solutions to customer inquiries and complaints, maintain excellent customer relationships, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure sales strategies align with overall company goals.
• Hire, train, and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and targets, and tracking progress towards meeting them.
• Monitor sales metrics and generate regular reports to senior management, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on e-commerce or online education.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, including writing, speaking, and listening.
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience using data to drive sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with technology-based sales techniques, such as online customer service, marketing automation, and intelligent recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior management, and to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Must have previous experience working for an internet company or a telemarketing company, with an annual revenue of at least $10 million.

CAD$100,000 to $150,000 per year, based on experience and skills
