Currently we are recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary to join our legal team, contributing to the delivery of Company Secretariat activities; prepare documentation and perform administration and logistical activities and contribute to Company Secretariat policies, processes and operations.

What will you do?
• Manage portfolio of c300 entities related to the Lendlease UK business (including a few regulated entities and entities owned in joint venture with external third parties)
• Manage all aspects of the Company Secretariat Function (which forms part of the Legal Team) with support from the Head of... Company Secretariat (who is responsible for strategic direction of function only) and the Company Secretarial Administrator
• Lead relationships with and service provision to joint venture clients and external directors
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and keep high quality service provision and customer care at the heart of everything
• This job provides opportunities for autonomy, managerial responsibility, strategy growth, innovation in approach and interpersonal skills building

You will bring
• Either a Chartered Secretary (ACIS or FCIS) or an equivalent level of professional qualification and experience
• Educated to degree level
• You have 8-10 years’ experience in all aspects of company secretarial work, preferably with experience of working in a highly regulated sector
