Sales Engineer

Salary - 25,000 -32,000

Located – Rainham

A Sales Engineer is required to join a specialist business based in Rainham/Essex. The Sales Engineer will provide support to the Technical Sales Manager and will provide detailed technical infotmation for customers and colleagues. You will work as part of a small team to understand the needs of the customer and to develop proposals, also working with the Technical Sales manager to calculate resources for a variety of work.

As the Sales Engineer you will be required to:
• Compile and estimate work for quotes
• Collate existing data and data sheet creation
• Maintenance of the website
• Compile bid documents for tenders/ Tender submission
• Liaise with customers
•... Produce Technical Sales literature
• Involvement in organising trade shows
• General administration

The Sales Engineer should have the following skills or experience:
• A technical degree or technical qualification/experience
• A strong commercial ability
• High computer literacy
• Excellent communication skills
