This role involves managing and nurturing existing client accounts whilst also building and developing a pipeline of new business.
It involves working across multiple industries and being able to highlight the... benefits of Mountz Torque DC products. As part of this role, you will be expected to deliver virtual and face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to acquire new business.
The role requires relevant hands-on engineering experience, expertise in torque or associated industries, knowledge of DC configuration software, fieldbus and protocol knowledge, data networking, and MES systems integration would be a great advantage. Maintain and grow technical product knowledge to support our customer base, primarily focused on the UK market.
The ability to build effective relationships and deliver consistent results is crucial. As part of this role, travel to client sites will be essential and may include long distance travel.
What are we looking for?
5+ years proven sales background within a consultative sales channel partner development role. Setting up distributor, dealer and partner networks whilst fostering strategic relationships with the end user customer groups.
5+ years’ experience in a related industry sector, possess a technically competent engineering orientation, able to learn & impart industry-specific knowledge – essential.
Commercial awareness in a highly competitive marketplace.
Excellent presentation skills – both face-to-face and virtual.
Strong financial acumen to provide accurate product quotations.
High levels of self-motivation and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally.
IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, Zoom etc).
Laptop & Phone provided.

Driving License (required)
