Purpose
The key purpose of this role is to engage across all levels of the business to provide expert digital records and information management advice, archival and retrieval of physical records, support and coaching services, whilst driving the continuous improvement of information and records management activities in line with digitalisation transformation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Undertakes work autonomously following established priorities, practices, and methodologies to deliver quality outcomes
Develop and provide continuous improvement opportunities of records management activities which are client centric and customer focused while also considering compliance... elements
Implement business specific processes and policies with a key focus on improving service delivery, increasing engagement, and increasing the governance and usage of electronic records across WorkSafe
Support the effective design, development and implementation of business solutions and associated tools, with a focus on driving user accessibility and collaboration
Provide specialist advice to the Information Management Team Lead in relation to the long-term strategic application of the EDRMS (Electronic Document and Records Management System) with a view to digitisation, automation, and information / data management
Engages with internal and external stakeholders to provide specialist advice and develops recommendations for resolution
Contributes professional expertise to teams across WorkSafe working on complex projects
Develop appropriate standards, frameworks and guidance material to support users while also delivering training and coaching to users across WorkSafe
Accountable for creating and capturing accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures. This is applicable to both hardcopy and electronic information, including email

About you
You will be able to demonstrate;
Extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of EDRMS platforms
Experience providing expert advice and analysis on the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of an EDRMS
Extensive knowledge of current recordkeeping and information management practices and principals, in electronic and physical format as well as developing trends in data management
Exposure and ability to deliver change with proven management principles and practices
Ability to lead and/ or manage projects and initiatives (small or large) to completion within agreed timeframes and resources to the expected level
Proven ability to prepare and deliver appropriate documentation including policies, procedures, frameworks, and business briefing documents
Advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills including ability to solve problems outside previous experience by applying models and concepts
Experience with SharePoint and Office 365 preferred
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary quaifications in Information Management or extensive experience at a senior level in record management
