The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, installing and managing our databases. You will ensure optimal database performance by analyzing database issues and monitoring database performance.

Responsibilities
• Manage database changes and re-designs
• Conduct analysis on the utilization of index, statistic, parallel query, and other DBMS features
• Periodically achieve data by separating passive data and active data in order to maintain the performance of active data
• Backup and restore data into several medium according to schedule
• Ensure query process of an application not interfere with other query process
• Perform updating of the stored procedures and/or views if there are changes or addition of application
• Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly
• Drive automation of code
• Monitor database performance to ensure high levels of security and speed

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer... Science, Technology, or a related field of study
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Maximum 30 years old
• Have at least 2 years experience as IT database administrator
• Proficient in SQL Server 2012++ and Microsoft Window Server
• Mastering Syntax Query RDBMS & tuning querie
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
• Familiar with SQL clustering, log shipping, replication and AlwaysOn
• Have knowledge of indexes, index managament, and statistics
• Have a good analytical thiniking and problem solving skill
• Good English is preferable
