Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting for a Pension System Administrator (UAE National) to be based in Dubai office. Responsibilities include;
• Update member’s records accurately with new information such as change of address
• Answer the Pensions requests providing accurate and timely information to members in a positive manner
• Prioritise your daily workload to ensure all service levels are met
• Produce high quality accurate work
• Recommend improvements to standard processes and documentation
• Keep up to date with any relevant process changes
• Produce and validate routine letters, reports and forms from systems, templates and mail merge

Skills / Qualifications
• A basic understanding of pension schemes in the UAE but not essential
• Good knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and access databases
• Good communication skills
• An ability to organize and prioritize your day to day workload
• High school certificate
