Amperio is a marketplace for Green Home Solutions - solar systems, heat pumps, energy storage, e-mobility and smart metering. We help European homeowners to find the optimal system by analyzing their needs and matching them with recommended installers. We support growth of local installers by generating customer flow, arranging financing and reducing equipment procurement costs.

Our team consists of nearly 30 individuals working remotely from Poland, Spain and the rest of Europe. The company currently operates in the renewable energy industry of the Spanish market. We are growing fast and expanding quickly.

We recently launched our products in Spain and are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to scale our sales across multiple countries.

Job Type: full time

Job location: remotely, one of our European hubs, slightly preffered Spain or Portugal

We are a young organization, founded by a team with deep experience in the green home... solutions sector. We are already generating revenues and have a clear vision for future development. Through our B2C Amperio Client Portal we offer advice and recommendation to home-owners interested in green home solutions, whereas our B2B platform Amperio Exchange is a hub for value added services for installation companies.

This is a “hunting” and “farming” sales position. A sales job, mixed with Account Management, client education, and product ownership. Our marketing team is generating warm leads which you need to contact, onboard, educate and close the sales process.

You will be provided with product training at the beginning of your mission, after you will be able to act independently, and contribute to the product development and successful sales increase. You need to be comfortable with working under limited supervision, on your own, while being expected to achieve ambitious targets.

• Active onboarding of new partners acquired by the marketing team (warm leads)
• Proactive communication with Clients
• Proactive market research, prospecting and acquisition of new clients (cold leads)
• Presentation of Amperio products during a video call
• Activation of partners and onboarding of clients to the Amperio systems
• Administrative activities related to partner service
• Cooperation with marketing team on possible product or process upgrades or modifications
• Reminding about using Amperio, creating promotions and other activating activities

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, or sales-oriented customer support, ideally on the B2C market
(we accept candidates at all levels of experience (junior, regular and senior))
• Previous telemarketing experience as a plus
• Strong will to develop sales, account management and product owner skills
• Native Spanish (C1/C2) – for external use
• Fluent English (B2/C1) – to communicate within organization
• High sense of autonomy, good organizational skills, strong work ethics
• Entrepreneurial spirit, fast-learning skills and willingness to grow your skills
• High motivation and commitment to achieve sales targets
