Qualification and Experience
⦁ 20 years of experience in manual/conventional (non-CNC) Turning, Milling, and Boring machines together with proven mechanical fitting skills.
⦁ Apprenticeship trained Machinist
⦁ Certificate in Machine Shop Engineering
⦁ Journeyman Class 1
Duties
⦁ Manufacture and repair of parts, using manual (non-CNC) lathes, milling & boring machines.
⦁ Working overtime is subject to workload and emergency service requirements.
⦁ Mainly workshop based with occasional work on-site.
⦁ Training in new techniques and skill sets as required.
