Primary Responsibilities

This person will play a critical role in establishing a robust, scalable, and optimized manufacturing process to facilities automation advancement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will lead the successful transfer of technological advances made in Germany and implement those for efficiencies and improvements to our U.S. Operations. Ability to identify opportunities to improve current processes and systems, and drive process flow across operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 7+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and implementation of automation processes
• Knowledge of learn manufacturing principles
• Ability to drive decisions with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel 25%
• Fluent in German language and culture
• Ability to work with others across German and American companies to troubleshoot technical issues while showing independence in execution and thought processes
• Must lead and drive changing technology on the manufacturing floor and work with production operations in a daily basis
