Your Tasks:
• Self-dependent management of complex global production and quality launch/rollout projects, while focusing on IT standards, business satisfaction and operational excellence
• Ensuring launch IT Production projects success in scope, quality, time and cost by controlling project budget, deciding countermeasures on his own authority within the specified project canvas and managing project risk actively
• Special focus is placed on defining, organizing and conducting training and communication as well as user experience and knowledge sharing across all projects to ensure trends are paid respect in the short term and long term alike
• Leading the respective launch projects with the necessary departments especially ensuring handover from build phase to service management as well as controlling that all infrastructure requirements for implementation are met
• Drive programs and roadmaps to support business change. e.g. new production facilities and represent these within the... corporate, divisional and regional domains

Your profile:
• Bachelor Degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering is required
• Minimum of 5 years of MES experience highly preferred in the automotive manufacturing and/or quality systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT/Project Management experience within an international environment preferred
• Working knowledge of information systems required, with experience in automotive manufacturing and/or quality systems highly preferred
• Critical thinking, excellent communication and research skills
• A demonstrated ability for managing large/complex projects preferred
• Business fluent English skills, both written and spoken
