• We specialized in waterproofing for major building projects in Hong Kong
• We are looking for QUANTITY SURVEYOR - with details as follows :

THE JOB :
• Tertiary education in building studies / quantity surveying
• Over 2 years experience in quantity surveying in building / construction sector
• Interest in waterproofing is a plus
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Work in QS team of 5 members (4 X QS + one supporting staff)
• Report to Senior QS
• Well prepare the Quotation/Tender with measurement and analysis
• Work subletting and material procurement
• Payment Application and Final... account
• 5.5 days work with alternative Sat off
• Annual leave : 10 days
• Medical insurance
